Every activity of the Moses Clark Society grows from the same mission: preserving our Revolutionary heritage, developing young leaders, serving our community, and ensuring these stories continue for future generations.

Meet Moses Clark

Moses Clark (1761–1844) was a Revolutionary War patriot who served as a fifer, enlisting at Lebanon, Connecticut in 1777 at just fifteen years old. His service — and the final years he spent here in Kent County, Michigan — are the reason our Society bears his name.
